George and Linda Spangler purchased Budget Printing in 1986. Our first location was a rental space in the Jamestown Shopping Center. The business was purchased as a small commercial offset printing operation, and came complete with plate makers, presses, cutter, counters, computers
and 2 weeks of on-site training. Budget Printing has remained in Jamestown since its opening and continues to be a part of the Jamestown community.
Jason Spangler, son of George and Linda, joined Budget Printing team as a full time employee in 1998. He learned the trade very well and in 2006 took the business under his wing. Budget Printing has gone through many changes over the years and continues to provide quality printing at an affordable price. The printing industry has come a long way since 1986, and we are currently in transition to a fully digital operation by the end of 2013.
Jason is the owner of Budget Printing. He came on board in 1998 and bought the company in 2006. Outside of his business, Jason is a member of BNI International and currently serves on the local YMCA board of managers. He lives in North Carolina with his wife, Melissa Knight Spangler, his daughter, Amelia, and his two dogs, Maya and Samantha.
George is the originator of Budget Printing in 1986. He is the father of three children, including Jason Spangler, and husband to Linda Spangler. George has four grandchildren and five grand dogs.
